Many of our items are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products:

• Colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly from product photos
• Minor differences are considered normal and are not defects
• Customers are responsible for reviewing customization details before placing an order

Styled on the Spot is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, sizing, uploaded artwork quality, or incorrect shipping information.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

Production times may vary depending on the item and order volume.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Styled on the Spot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply shortages, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

We only accept returns or replacements for:

• Incorrect items received
• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
• Minor color or design variations
• Normal wear and tear
• Customized products approved by the customer

All website content, logos, graphics, product images, designs, and branding are the property of Styled on the Spot and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any uploaded artwork, logos, or designs submitted for customization.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality or security
• Submit offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

Styled on the Spot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

Products sold by Styled on the Spot are independently designed and customized items. Any references to sports teams, schools, or organizations are for decorative or fan-inspired purposes only unless otherwise officially licensed.
